• Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of personal massagers, lubricants, and related items are final.

  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
